- Access Warpspeed Resources: Download the specific templates and guidelines tailored for the Warpspeed application. You'll find the Reading Deck Template (with detailed notes!), financial plan requirements, and other info above.
- Go to F6S Portal: Use the application link above.
- Complete the Form: Fill out all required fields on F6S, providing details specific to your validated project and team.
- Upload Your Plans: Attach your completed Reading Deck and Detailed Financial Plan (Excel format preferred).
- Submit & Get Ready! Submit your application via F6S before the January 18, 2026 deadline.
Required Documents for Upload (Warpspeed Level):
1. Your Reading Deck:
- A comprehensive presentation (max 19-25 slides) with in-depth insights into your validated idea, team structure for founding/scaling, detailed market analysis, go-to-market strategy (MVP focus), IP, financial summary, and realisation plan. Focus on substance and strategic clarity.
- Using the Warpspeed template is recommended; your own design covering all chapters is acceptable.
2. Your Detailed Financial Plan:
- A well-founded financial model (Excel format preferred) projecting how you spend the 100.000€ in the 12 month.
Tips for a Compelling Warpspeed Application:
- Evidence of Validation: Clearly demonstrate the achieved Problem-Solution Fit (data, user feedback, prototype results).
- Focus on Product-Market Fit: Explain your strategy for achieving PMF and mastering market entry with the MVP.
- Strategic Depth: Clearly and plausibly articulate your go-to-market, IP, and operational strategies.
- Realistic Planning: Support your market and financial plans with solid data and well-reasoned assumptions.
- Clarity & Conciseness: Even with the required depth – present information in a structured and understandable manner within the limits.

Selection Process & Key Dates
Our selection process is designed to identify the most promising ventures. Here are the key stages and dates to keep in mind after the application deadline:
- From January 19: Formal review of submitted applications.
- From January 26 (approx. 1 week): In-depth review by our industrial committee (focusing on validation, strategy, team).
- February 09: Invitations to the Investor Pitch Event sent to top teams – Save the date!
- Week of February 09: Pitch Event & final selection decisions.
- Following until end of April: Internal processing (RWTH).
- May 01, 2026: Official Start of the Warpspeed Fund program for selected teams!
